ROOF SYSTEMS

Our roofing systems are innovatively designed, providing long-lasting durability and superior protection for commercial properties in New Jersey.

PVC roofs employs a single-ply PVC roof membrane consisting of two layers of specially formulated vinyl bonded to a polyester reinforcement scrim layer. The PVC membrane roof is often white or light-colored to deflect intense UV rays and improve energy efficiency.

THERMOPLASTIC POLYOLEFIN (TPO) is arguably the most popular single ply roofing retrofit solution and for a good reason. This membrane is durable, flexible, and resistant to chemicals and moisture. Its reflective appearance combats sunlight and ultraviolet light exposure, reducing energy usage.

MODIFIED / BUR is a type of asphalt-based roofing system that uses membranes modified with additional polymers or fabrics to provide a durable, versatile, and weather-resistant surface for flat or low-slope roofs. The modification process enhances its flexibility, strength, and resistance to harsh environmental conditions.

TILE / SLATE roofing system utilizes tiles made from various materials, including clay, concrete, slate, and metal. Tile roofs are Class A fire-rated, meaning they provide the highest protection against fire. Additionally, they withstand extreme weather conditions, such as high winds, hail, and heavy rain. Tile roofs also offer a range of other benefits, such as resistance to mold and insect damage. Moreover, they’re eco-friendly, as most tiles are made from natural materials and can be recycled at the end of their life cycle.

LIQUID ROOFING (aka fluid-applied roofing) is an effective method for waterproofing and protecting new and existing roof surfaces with elastomeric roof coating.

ETHYLENE PROPYLENE DIENE MONOMER (EPDM) is composed of strong and durable synthetic rubber, offering excellent resistance to extreme weather. Its black surface can assist with snow melting and heat retention in colder climates, while its elasticity is well-suited for warmer and hail-prone areas. EPDM can be installed either fully adhered, mechanically attached, or ballasted, with the seams of the roofing system sealed with liquid adhesives or specially formulated tape.

METAL roofing is made of durable materials such as steel and aluminum, which generally have long life spans. They’re weather-resistant and can endure heavy rain, storms, and even winds up to 140 miles per hour. Metal roofs are safe to use in wildfire-prone areas because they carry a Class-A fire rating.

SHINGLE roofing refers to the process of covering pitched roofs with several overlapping or interlocking strips of tiles from the bottom edge to the point of the roof. These shingles are usually flat and rectangular and are made from several materials such as stone, metal, wood, and plastic.
